📋 Description

• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components • Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability • Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment • Maintain service logs and equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability • Coordinate with supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules • Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships • Support product demand and service needs through timely, quality interactions • Call in delivery orders as needed and respond promptly to customer requests • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service work • Execute equipment ordering, expense reports, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation • Follow company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations • Overnight travel may be required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Trade certification or 4+ years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred • Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems • Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings • Valid driver’s license and good driving record • Physically able to climb, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance) • Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills • Effective oral and written communication; able to manage conflict and build positive relationships • Ability to maintain a high travel requirement in the assigned region
