📋 Description

• Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime and operational impact • Implement, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions according to customer requirements and industry best practices • Develop technical documentation and deliver training to customers, end users, and field technicians • Perform on-site and remote installation, commissioning, and system integration activities • Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle support of complex equipment and integrated systems • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to customers and key stakeholders • Analyze service trends, perform root cause investigations, and develop analytical reports to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency • Lead development of remote and on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes • Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders • Report to the Senior Field Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical installation, integration, and field service experience supporting electronic security, access control, alarm monitoring, or related systems • 7+ years of customer service experience providing technical support, issue resolution, and client relationship management while maintaining high customer satisfaction • 7+ years of experience preparing technical documentation, service reports, and customer communications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance or currently possess an active clearance • U.S. citizenship required due to contractual/security clearance requirements • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation approximately every five weeks • Ability to respond to critical system issues within established service level requirements • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75% • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise IT systems and applications • Experience supporting logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations • Working knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server environments • Advanced degree preferred • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision
