📋 Description
• Call and text warm leads and past customers • Follow up on issued quotes that have not closed • Check in with customers, answer questions, and re-engage prospects • Book appointments for the field sales team • Log every call and outcome in the CRM • Hand off hot opportunities to the sales team
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable and confident on the phone • Organized and self-managed • Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a computer • Sales, call center, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, not required • Availability for 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Availability for approximately 10am–2pm school-hours scheduling, with flexibility • No calls before 8am or after 7pm
