📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and onboard individual clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach • Conduct assessments of clients' financial situations, goals, risk tolerance, and life stages • Tailor customized financial solutions • Evaluate client liability and legacy goals • Recommend and place appropriate life, disability, and critical illness insurance policies • Conduct regular portfolio reviews • Adapt clients' financial plans to life changes, economic shifts, and evolving goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development • Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms • Experience with sales automation tools is a plus • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively over the phone • Ability to negotiate effectively, close deals, and manage customer relationships professionally and confidently • Familiarity with sales technology adoption, outbound calling strategies, and sales automation technologies • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • High levels of motivation, work ethic, and organization
