📋 Description

• Run the Pension & Retirement Plan Actuarial business unit end to end, including strategy, client relationships, quality, and financial performance • Serve as the credentialed actuary of record with sign-off authority on funding valuations and related work • Bring a portable book of business or build one through credibility and relationships • Define the service offering, from actuarial consulting to a broader bundled model • Identify which work should move first to AI-driven workflows • Work with engineering to validate Infinity's calculation engine against third-party actuarial software • Hire and develop analysts and supporting staff as the book grows • Collaborate with other business unit leaders on cross-selling to shared clients

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled Actuary, or actuarial team lead holding the credentials required to sign funding valuations • Deep experience with funding valuations, accounting disclosures, and regulatory reporting for employer-sponsored plans • Portable book of business, or credibility to build a client base quickly • Senior practitioner or already independent, ready to build a practice • A point of view on where AI-driven workflows can replace analyst labor and how to validate results • Entrepreneurial mindset • Based in the United States • Business units currently serve US clients only
