📋 Description

• The Commercial Finance Analyst will be the analytical and transactional backbone of the new Commercial Finance function. • This role supports pricing, forecasting, revenue analysis, creator economics, and the accuracy of commercial data across HubSpot and Waves. • It is a hands-on role working daily with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Operations, and Finance teams. • Support the creation and maintenance of pricing tools, rates, calculators, and templates. • Maintain underlying forecast models (pipeline conversion, booked revenue, delivery schedules).

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 yrs of commercial finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or agency finance experience. • Strong modeling/Excel/Sheets skills. • Comfortable working directly with Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams. • Detail-oriented with excellent data hygiene discipline. • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM is beneficial. • Highly curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
