📋 Description

• Build meaningful 1-on-1 relationships with students over months or years • Guide students through college and graduate application strategy • Help students strengthen extracurricular, academic, and personal profiles • Edit essays and provide thoughtful feedback that encourages authentic voice and independent writing skills • Brainstorm creative academic, leadership, research, and professional experiences aligned with students’ goals • Meet remotely with students and families • Collaborate with fellow mentors and senior team members to support student success • Manage a flexible caseload based on availability and interests

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writing and communication skills • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or advising students • Experience in education, admissions, academic advising, tutoring, consulting, or related fields • Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. college or university • Teaching, admissions, graduate school, or research experience strongly valued but not required • Organized, empathetic, and able to build trust with students and families
