📋 Description

• Manage the client relationship throughout all stages of fulfillment • Serve as the primary liaison between USN internal stakeholders and clients • Develop, strengthen, and renew client relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and business growth • Partner with Sales on lead generation, business development, and client outreach • Maintain and communicate negotiation updates, staffing grid revisions, and strike-related client information • Guide clients through engagement phases, promote service adoption, identify risks, and foster relationships • Collaborate with Legal on contract execution and compliance • Collaborate with FP&A on invoicing, reconciliation, and cost flows • Maintain client records, interaction history, contract data, and renewal or milestone dates in ATS and CRM systems • Prepare management reports on strike contracts, client activity, and operational performance • Deliver client presentations over video platforms for strike preparation • Identify unionized healthcare facilities and expiring labor agreements for business development and market expansion • Support onsite strike operations and client engagement activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5 years of client services, account management, or sales experience • Healthcare staffing or labor disruption experience preferred • Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences in virtual settings using camera and screen sharing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to coordinate and lead client-facing calls • High interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong decision-making skills and ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies • Good prioritization and multitasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to organizational core values: Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence • Ability to coordinate, communicate, and solve problems across departments or functional areas • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress situations • Ability to function in a team environment and maintain confidentiality • Flexible and adaptable, with ability to adjust schedules and tasks as needed • Sensory, manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity sufficient to communicate and operate office equipment • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally stand, walk, carry items, climb, reach, and lift up to 10 lbs. • Ability to travel for client visits or job actions as needed
