📋 Description

• Gather and complete provider credentialing files • Work directly with providers and healthcare facilities nationwide to obtain hospital privileges • Maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and understand their credentialing processes • Complete provider credentialing files according to company guidelines efficiently and proactively • Provide customer service via telephone, email, fax, and written correspondence • Provide backup to team members as necessary • Manage work to tight deadlines while maintaining speed and accuracy • Provide updates on credentialing processes to providers, medical staff offices, and internal sales teams • Prioritize work using the VISTA application and maintain complete, accurate activity records • Assist with reception and incoming customer phone call responsibilities, including directing calls to appropriate VISTA staff • Perform additional duties as requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma required • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong organization skills • Positive, approachable, and professional representative of VISTA Staffing Solutions • Ability to take direction and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner • Detail oriented, accurate, and excellent research skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through telephone, email, video conference, and face-to-face contact • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office-related equipment • Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
