📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process • Serve as the primary power user for CAQH ProView, including profile pulls, re-attestations, and troubleshooting technical enrollment hurdles • Investigate sanctions alerts and NPDB queries • Document and precisely escalate adverse findings • Partner with major provider groups to audit credentialing standards • Maintain accurate, up-to-date provider rosters • Own the re-credentialing calendar and prevent compliance lapses • Work with the Account Management team to resolve bottlenecks • Maintain audit-ready documentation for licenses, COIs, and accreditations • Support leadership decisions by maintaining a comprehensive audit trail

🎯 Requirements

• Solid foundation in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or managed care operations • Proficiency with CAQH ProView • Understanding of NPDB query processes • Compliance mindset and high attention to accuracy • Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve ambiguous provider files independently • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets • Comfort working in a technology-first startup environment • AI-amplified workflow for drafting, analysis, and research; ability to check AI output and use it responsibly with sensitive data • CPCS or CPMSM certification is a plus • Experience with CAQH SanctionsTrack℠ is a plus • Background in radiology, imaging, or high-growth outpatient provider networks is a plus
