📋 Description

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates based on fundamental criteria for Search and Consulting priority searches and additional retained and contingency searches. • Consistently source candidates for specific positions. • Generate quality leads for Consultants. • Complete initial in-depth needs assessments to assess providers’ needs and wants. • Effectively utilize all appropriate sourcing resources. • Determine whether to maintain contact with providers or turn them over to a Consultant for follow-up. • Document candidates’ interest in other VISTA divisions and forward information as appropriate. • Demonstrate quality through candidate progression in the recruitment process, including turnovers, Consultant presentations, interviews, and placements. • Follow up on leads within 24 hours. • Assist with special projects as directed. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma preferred. • Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred. • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software. • Ability and willingness to cover interim staffing gaps. • Willingness to expand working knowledge of the locum tenens business and stay informed about market and competitive issues through research and professional networking. • Willingness to take classes and participate in learning opportunities, both within and outside the company. • Strong organization skills. • Positive, approachable, and a professional representative of VISTA Staffing Solutions. • Ability to take direction and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. • Excellent computer and typing skills for data entry. • Detail oriented, accurate, and excellent research skills. • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace. • Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing. • Ability to understand and meet performance metrics as outlined. • Ability to pay attention to minute details of a project or task. • Organized or able to follow a systematic method of performing a task. • Ability to organize and complete work within given deadlines. • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
