📋 Description

• Capture and refine business requirements for AI-driven workflows, platforms, and digital tools • Conduct partner interviews, business process mapping, and gap analysis • Write BRDs, functional requirement specifications, and user stories with acceptance criteria • Maintain version-controlled documentation and traceability throughout the development lifecycle • Analyze workflows across strategy, creative, and compliance processes to identify AI automation and efficiency opportunities • Create visual process models, user flows, and data maps using Miro or Lucidchart • Support future-state process design and prioritize improvement opportunities • Collaborate with legal, data, and security teams on regulatory standards, data privacy, and retention policies • Prepare risk assessments, control matrices, and compliance documentation • Embed auditability and traceability into platform workflows • Support UAT by preparing test cases, coordinating end-user validation, and documenting outcomes • Assess defects, update requirements, and finalize release artifacts • Track feature readiness, go-live preparation, and change management activities • Gather metrics on user adoption, workflow efficiency, and platform performance • Help build dashboard logic using Power BI or Excel • Present findings to support continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience • Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams • Experience supporting digital or platform-based product development within AI, SaaS, or workflow automation projects • Proficiency creating BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts • Knowledge of Agile-Scrum delivery • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools • Familiarity with Miro or Lucidchart • Ability to work with diverse partners across product, legal, technology, and operations • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
