📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments on project implementations and member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation and support knowledge sharing • Support process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop skills and competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Support Go-Live installations and training through required travel • Attend virtual meetings on camera • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/proficiency required; certification or proficiency in both highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst ideally • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Required to live within 1 hour of Kirtland, Ohio • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • COVID-19 vaccination required, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
