📋 Description

• Lead visual creative development, ensuring work is strategic, innovative, and effective • Serve as design expert and brand steward, maintaining consistency across creative materials • Oversee Art Directors and Senior Art Directors, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback • Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals • Manage and refine design execution across digital, print, video, and social media channels • Present and defend creative work to teams, clients, and regulatory reviewers • Contribute to brand strategy and campaign development • Develop creative solutions to complex challenges • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies • Report to the Associate Creative Director, Art

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in brand storytelling and design strategy • Experience mentoring and leading junior designers • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency in Figma • Proficiency in AI-driven design tools • Mastery of digital and print production • Ability to balance creative ambition with regulatory requirements in pharma marketing • Ability to work in a dynamic and regulated environment • Strong presentation and collaboration skills • Availability to work and collaborate during Pacific Time Zone business hours • Experience as an art director • Experience in healthcare marketing
