📋 Description

• Represent clients on inbound and outbound telecommunications with consumers and providers • Provide pull-through coaching for a team of Healthcare Communicators • Maintain excellent quality standards for client programs • Adhere to program scripts, guidelines, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures • Accurately collect and capture required information in program databases • Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills • Converse empathetically with callers and help them understand medical terminology as needed • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent work-related experience required • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse • Pleasant telephone manner • Must have stable, reliable, high speed home internet • Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 11:30am EST-8:00pm EST • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
