📋 Description

• Process and document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with company, client, and federal guidelines and regulations • Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, and literature fulfillment • Maintain quality and productivity standards; adhere to program scripts and guidelines • Collect required information and capture it accurately in program databases • Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills • Converse empathetically with callers and help them understand medical terminology as needed • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed • Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures • Work on multiple projects simultaneously • Update and submit resume upon audit requests

🎯 Requirements

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills • Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting • Strong competency with computer navigation and data entry while conversing with customers • Pleasant telephone manner • Contact Center or non-clinical healthcare experience preferred • Ability to work both independently and within a group setting • Results oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
