📋 Description

• Deliver virtual or telephonic support to identified clients, customers, patients, and healthcare professionals in robust clinical dialogue • Provide drug and medical device product information • Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with company, client, and federal guidelines • Conduct study compliance calls to volunteers enrolled in clinical or medical research trials • Enroll participants in educational seminars • Provide patient support to patients enrolled in Patient Support Programs • Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, and literature fulfillment • Maintain quality and productivity standards; adhere to program scripts and guidelines • Collect program information and capture it in specific databases • Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills • Converse empathetically with callers and explain medical terminology as needed • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed • Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures • Work on multiple projects simultaneously • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality under HIPAA • Update and submit resume upon audit requests • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse • Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting • Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology • Pleasant telephone manner • Ability to work both independently and within a group setting • Results oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally • At least one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
