📋 Description

• Support field teams in executing approved commercial strategies and campaign initiatives • Engage healthcare professionals via phone and virtual platforms • Reinforce product access pathways and specialty pharmacy distribution processes • Assist with transitions from retail to specialty pharmacy partners • Build rapport and strengthen relationships across stakeholders • Leverage customer networks, digital tools, and CRM platforms • Document interactions, insights, and follow-up actions according to policies and compliance standards • Maintain productivity metrics aligned with program objectives • Maintain knowledge of the migraine product portfolio, access landscape, and approved promotional materials • Collaborate with Virtual Sales Managers, Field Regional Sales Managers, and field counterparts • Support commercial strategies in compliance with FDA regulations and client policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience • Previous virtual/contact center sales experience required • Strong technical acumen • Ability to build rapport quickly • Positive attitude and adaptability • Open to and actively solicits feedback for professional growth • Successful completion of all required product and compliance training • Compliance with FDA regulations, Federal Healthcare Program requirements, and client policies
