📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Specialty Pharmacies. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with SP partners to optimize patient experience and program performance. • Monitor and analyze SP performance metrics, including; Time to therapy, Benefits investigation turnaround, prior authorization approval rates, prescription conversion rates. • Ensure SP adherence to program requirements, including turnaround times, documentation standards, and patient outcomes. • Track patient progress within the Specialty Pharmacy Network, ensuring reconciliation. • Resolve escalated patient access, benefits and fulfillment issues in collaboration with SP partners. • Partner with FRMs to address provider and patient access barriers; serve as an escalation point for case issues. • Provide FRMs with insights on SP processes, payer dynamics, and access trends. • Partner with FRMs to identify trends in access challenges and develop coordinated solutions across territories. • Ensure data integrity and alignment between HUB systems and SP reporting. • Collaborate with HUB teams (case management, BI, PA, patient support) to ensure efficient case progression. • Communicate program updates, SP changes, and process enhancements to HUB teams. • Support training and continuous education for HUB teams on SP specific requirements and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, HUB services, patient support, or reimbursement. • Strong knowledge of HUB operations, SP workflows, payer landscape, and access processes. • Experience working with FRMs or in provider-facing roles. • Direct experience with major SPs (e.g., Accredo, CVS Specialty, Optum, Walgreens) preferred. • Therapeutic area experience (e.g., oncology, rare disease, immunology, dermatology) preferred. • Relationship management and cross-functional collaboration • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Patient access and reimbursement expertise • Process improvement and operational execution • Strong communication and escalation management • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
