📋 Description

• Own the renewal calendar and drive renewal timelines • Surface upcoming renewals to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers • Run confirmed straight renewals through signature • Lead renewal conversations, confirm intent, answer questions, and handle straightforward pushback • Log customer needs beyond current products and loop in the Account Manager the same day • Prepare renewal quotes and drive agreements to signature • Manage the book of business by account tier and renewal complexity • Maintain a weekly forecast by month, product line, and confidence • Report renewal risks accurately and flag problems early • Identify at-risk accounts and route them to Customer Success, Account Management, or Support • Conduct standing check-ins with Customer Success on accounts showing warning signs • Maintain accurate renewal dates, contract terms, contacts, and outcomes in HubSpot • Surface patterns in customer retention and churn • Help build and document the renewals process

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in a role involving direct customer interaction and a concrete deliverable, such as SaaS, inside sales, customer support, or account coordination • Strong organization and follow-through across many accounts at different stages • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and communicating by email • Comfortable with high volume and repetitive work • Willing to deliver bad news early and report honestly • Solid written communication skills • Comfortable using a CRM; HubSpot experience • Able to track a book of business in a spreadsheet • Judgment to handle issues independently and know when to escalate • Exposure to renewals or subscription contracts • Background in manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or the trades • Experience learning a technical product from scratch
