📋 Description

• Manage overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and day-to-day operations according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Identify and resolve service delivery issues and implement preventive measures • Handle transition management during setup and expansion phases • Support deployment of infrastructure, technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources • Install service delivery processes and service-level reporting mechanisms • Lead end-to-end small to medium project deployments with TQM teams and stakeholders • Provide thought leadership on language and dialect nuances for recruitment and personnel evaluation • Support customer satisfaction, TQM strategies, client community improvements, and support experience • Identify project implementation risks and drive stakeholder communications • Translate business requirements into operations plans • Create and implement SLA tracking, monitoring, reporting, KPI, root-cause analysis, and resolution methodologies • Assess and prioritize operational issues • Coordinate project and process kickoffs, status reporting, challenge resolution, and change delivery • Oversee new-hire deployment to client platforms and coordinate goals with TQM teams • Initiate productivity, process, security, and facilities improvement plans • Coach and mentor leaders and managers in people-management strategies • Support training-program planning, design, development, delivery, review, and performance evaluation • Support business and expansion strategies, revenue and profitability goals, and financial improvement plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, cloud, or AI projects • Experience managing Agile or Scrum-based software development projects • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Project Management or Six Sigma certification is a plus • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Creative energy, drive, initiative, commitment, and enthusiasm
