📋 Description

• Assist in managing medical publications projects from inception to completion • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and interface with each company department • Manage client and management expectations and maintain faculty relationships • Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters • Develop, maintain, monitor, and reconcile project budgets • Manage external suppliers and project resources • Keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives • Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and client contacts • Build and maintain client and faculty relationships • Manage written and verbal communications • Maintain knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and publications • Contribute to new business development activities • Schedule and conduct project meetings and maintain timelines and event schedules • Facilitate on-budget, on-time, on-strategy project performance • Oversee and facilitate development of project activities • Assist in training new account team members • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment required • Ability to grasp and retain scientific information • Strong technical aptitude • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience with publication management platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat • Exceptional communication skills • Experience successfully leading multidisciplinary teams • Strong financial management skills • Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization abilities • Ability and willingness to motivate others
