📋 Description
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements for tax products. • Serve as the primary customer-facing contact during implementation. • Gather and document customer business processes and functional requirements. • Design, configure, and support workflows for tax and fixed asset processes. • Deliver customer training through live sessions and demonstrations.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7+ years of experience in tax technology implementation, consulting, or related roles supporting tax and accounting professionals. • Strong background in tax and accounting concepts. • Expertise in ASC 740 and tax provision concepts. • Demonstrated experience gathering detailed customer requirements. • Familiarity with tax and finance applications such as Corptax , ONESOURCE. • Hands-on experience using data transformation tools such as Excel, Alteryx, SQL.
