📋 Description

• Administer and configure Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Recruiting modules • Maintain organizational structures, job profiles, business processes, and worker data • Manage security roles, domain permissions, and user access controls • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics • Support annual Open Enrollment and benefits administration • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support • Test and deploy Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes and system utilization • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness • Maintain system documentation and provide end-user training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field • 5+ years of Workday HCM administration experience • Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Security Administration, and Reporting & Dashboards • Experience configuring Workday business processes and security frameworks • Strong reporting skills including advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Work authorization in the U.S. required; InnovaCare participates in E-Verify
