📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee components of Innovaccer’s healthcare compliance program • Provide strategic direction for compliance initiatives to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance • Continuously improve compliance programs, policies, and procedures for HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and fraud and abuse laws • Conduct risk assessments and develop corrective action plans • Oversee and perform internal monitoring and auditing processes • Investigate potential compliance violations and implement corrective and preventive measures • Serve as a liaison during audits or investigations • Develop and deliver compliance training programs • Prepare compliance reports for department leaders and executive leadership • Leverage technology and analytics to create actionable reports • Collaborate with legal counsel and information security teams on complex compliance matters • Monitor healthcare regulatory changes and emerging compliance trends • Perform other compliance-related tasks as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance • At least 3 years overseeing a compliance program within a company • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing healthcare compliance programs • Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, Medicare/Medicaid regulations • Strong understanding of the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act • Proficiency in compliance risk assessment methodologies and audit techniques • Experience with compliance management software and data analysis tools • Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards such as Joint Commission and NCQA • Exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, integrity, and ethical decision-making skills • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification preferred • CHPC or CCEP certifications preferred • Background in revenue cycle management or medical coding preferred • Experience in multiple healthcare settings preferred • Experience in revenue cycle management and/or delegated services preferred • Knowledge of compliance issues related to telehealth, digital health, or value-based care preferred
