📋 Description

• Manage medium-complexity Oracle ERP projects and tasks • Collaborate on analysis, design, validation, testing, and implementation of application systems • Identify and resolve business-impacting technical issues and application performance challenges • Support optimization and enhancement initiatives for financial applications and processes • Investigate end-user preferences and inform application design decisions • Gather technical requirements and support system implementation for current and future-state financial applications • Engage business users and create comprehensive design documents • Implement technical requirements across integration, reporting, and data conversion • Facilitate end-to-end testing, review technical defects, and collaborate with developers • Coordinate requirement-gathering meetings, project communications, and system integration testing with vendors and business owners • Analyze business operations, prioritize requested changes, and implement system enhancements • Assess new functionality and thoroughly test each new release • Coordinate meetings with functional and technical teams • Develop Level of Effort estimates and track actual time worked • Create process flows and supporting documentation for business owners • Analyze workflows, data collection processes, report details, and technical issues • Follow naming and numbering conventions, change control procedures, environment management, and security classifications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP financials configuration and design • 3+ years in a healthcare setting, physician practice, or hospital environment • Proficiency in financial software and systems, particularly ERP systems • Intellectual curiosity and proactive willingness to learn new applications • Ability to understand InnovAge Finance business processes and apply problem-solving capabilities • Experience working on fast-paced system implementation-related projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Less than 10% planned travel to InnovAge corporate or related sites • Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred) • Florida applicants require background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
