📋 Description

• Serve as the enterprise leader for business insights, performance intelligence, and analytics strategy • Act as a strategic advisor to the COO, CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors • Identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging risks across the organization • Deliver data-driven recommendations supporting enterprise priorities and business outcomes • Translate organizational objectives into measurable performance indicators and actionable insights • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting across operational, financial, workforce, clinical, and growth metrics • Create visibility into organizational performance at enterprise, regional, market, and center levels • Establish enterprise KPIs and reporting methodologies • Drive accountability through objective performance measurement • Develop predictive models identifying workforce, operational, and business risks • Build forecasting capabilities supporting hiring plans, workforce needs, participant growth, resource allocation, and succession planning • Partner with Human Resources and operational leaders on turnover trends, workforce hotspots, staffing shortages, and retention opportunities • Support enterprise workforce planning through data-driven talent and operational insights • Analyze operational performance drivers across centers, markets, and business functions • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, participant access, efficiency, quality, workforce utilization, and financial performance • Develop recommendations to optimize operations and improve business outcomes • Monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives and identify corrective actions • Transform complex data into visualizations supporting executive decision-making • Develop dashboards, presentations, and analytics tools that simplify information and drive action • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Establish standards for reporting, metric definitions, and analytics governance • Partner with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability • Promote confidence in organizational reporting through governance and validation processes • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer • Travel, including overnight travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in business analytics, strategy, business intelligence, management consulting, operational excellence, finance, or related disciplines • 15+ years leading enterprise analytics or business insights functions • Demonstrated experience supporting executive teams with strategic insights and decision support • Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, predictive models, and performance reporting frameworks • Strong expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization tools • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influence skills • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to drive measurable business outcomes • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or related field • Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare, payer, provider, value-based care, managed care, retail health, or PACE organizations • Preferred: Experience developing workforce planning and predictive talent analytics capabilities • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational performance improvement • Preferred: Experience presenting analytics and recommendations to Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams • Travel required, including overnight travel as needed
