📋 Description

• Lead Inotiv's technology project portfolio, project delivery capabilities, organizational change management practices, and strategic technology programs • Prioritize, govern, and deliver technology investments in alignment with business objectives while maximizing value realization and organizational capacity • Lead a team of project and portfolio management professionals • Personally serve as Program Manager for critical cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives, including ERP Optimization • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent • Develop onboarding plans, goals, priorities, performance expectations, performance reviews, talent development plans, and succession plans • Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Establish program governance structures, steering committees, decision-making forums, and executive reporting processes • Drive resolution of program issues, risks, resource conflicts, and cross-functional dependencies • Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define success metrics, measure progress, and oversee benefits realization • Lead program communications and stakeholder engagement to support transparency, alignment, and end-user adoption • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, within approved scope, and aligned with strategic objectives • Serve as escalation point for major project and program issues requiring executive intervention • Own the IT portfolio governance framework, including project intake, prioritization, approval, and investment decision processes • Lead governance forums aligning technology investments, resource capacity, and business priorities • Improve project, portfolio, and change management processes, standards, tools, and best practices • Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies • Establish enterprise IT resource planning and capacity management processes • Forecast resource needs and identify delivery constraints • Provide visibility into organizational capacity, demand forecasts, staffing requirements, and project investment trade-offs • Oversee portfolio-level financial management, including project budgets and forecasts • Establish benefits realization processes and track realized value against approved business cases and strategic objectives • Establish organizational change management standards and practices • Embed stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and business readiness activities in programs and projects • Lead efforts to improve user adoption and value realization • Develop dashboards, portfolio reporting, performance metrics, and key performance indicators • Provide leadership updates on project health, resource allocation, financial performance, risks, and business outcomes • Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety requirements, confidentiality obligations, Core Values, and Code of Conduct • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field required • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or IT transformation leadership • Proven success leading enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives • Experience managing enterprise project portfolios, governance processes, and investment prioritization • Experience leading ERP implementations, ERP optimization initiatives, or large-scale enterprise technology programs • Experience with project financial management, benefits realization, capacity planning, and organizational change management • Experience implementing and improving project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery tools • PMP or PgMP certification preferred • Prosci Change Management Certification preferred • Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications preferred • Ability to use computers and display screen equipment for extended periods • Ability to push, pull, and lift pounds unassisted • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods • Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset • Executive presence and communication skills • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams • High emotional intelligence (EQ) • Organizational change management expertise • Relationship building and stakeholder management • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset • Data-driven decision making • Ownership, accountability, and execution focus • Ability to lead through complexity and organizational change
