📋 Description

• Serve as the Informatics lead for data platform and real-world data product engagement • Participate in data-involved design discussions, backlog grooming, requirements review, prioritization, testing strategy, and release readiness activities • Support client-reported data concerns by clarifying issues, assessing severity, determining likely root cause, and routing work to relevant teams • Coordinate Informatics review and sign-off for data-involved releases, including schema, logic, content, data quality evidence, impact analysis, and known risks • Define and execute informatics-informed test scenarios, acceptance criteria, regression checks, and impact assessments • Translate clinical, data, and operational concerns into clear requirements, testable acceptance criteria, and decision-ready summaries • Review product logic, source integration decisions, data transformations, and clinical/business rules for risks • Identify reusable standards, test cases, documentation, data quality rules, and upstream product requirements • Maintain compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements • Report directly to the AVP, Informatics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data, clinical informatics, data quality, analytics, or a related field with a Bachelor's degree required; or 5+ years of experience in these fields with a Master's degree required • Strong working knowledge of claims, EHR, membership/enrollment, provider, clinical, and real-world data environments • Knowledge of common healthcare data quality and interpretation challenges • Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, validating, and explaining large-scale healthcare datasets and client-reported data issues • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams in agile environments • Experience with backlog review, requirements clarification, acceptance criteria, testing, release readiness, and operational escalation management • Ability to synthesize complex data issues into clear written summaries, executive-ready recommendations, client-ready explanations, and actionable requirements • Ability to manage multiple escalations, release reviews, stakeholder requests, and product workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Medical Informatics, Computer Science, Health Information Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Analytics, or a related field required • Relevant professional certifications such as AHIC, CPHIMS, RHIA, CCS, or CHDA are a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
