📋 Description

• Support production of curriculum materials from early editorial review through materials design and publishing • Apply established guidelines at key points during the production process • Flag errors or inconsistencies • Prepare content and materials for the next stage of production • Keep recurring production workflows moving smoothly • Coordinate with Editorial, Materials Design, and Publishing team members • Help ensure accurate, organized, and error-free curriculum materials are ready for each production stage

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing and editorial skills • 1–2 years of proofreading or copyediting experience preferred • Equivalent experience that demonstrates the skills needed to succeed may be considered • Attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information • Confidence learning new technologies and tools as needed in the workflow • Strong organizational skills, especially when managing multiple tasks and workflows in a virtual environment • Ability to manage priorities and clearly communicate progress, questions, and next steps • Ability to work collaboratively, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
