⢠5+ years of experience in operations leadership, healthcare operations, business operations, or related roles. ⢠Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations. ⢠Strong experience managing KPIs, performance, and cross-functional initiatives. ⢠Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. ⢠Proven ability to influence, align, and hold teams accountable. ⢠Strong systems-thinking and process improvement skills. ⢠Preferred: Behavioral health experience. ⢠Preferred: Multi-state healthcare operations experience. ⢠Preferred: Acquisition integration experience. ⢠Preferred: EHR or healthcare software implementation experience. ⢠Preferred: Experience supporting founders or high-growth organizations. ⢠Preferred: PMP, MBA, or equivalent leadership experience.
