📋 Description

• Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits. • Review insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and authorization requirements. • Contact insurance payers to confirm eligibility and benefit information. • Accurately document eligibility details in internal systems. • Maintain accurate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) records. • Collaborate with the Billing, Front Desk, and Credentialing teams. • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary. • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace and related applications • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace • Experience with insurance eligibility verification, medical billing, or Revenue Cycle Management • Experience using healthcare systems, EHRs, or insurance payer portals.
