📋 Description

• Support the Finance Manager with the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. • Process and record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely. • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations monthly. • Send invoices and contracts promptly to customers. • Follow up on late invoices. • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and coded correctly. • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) working as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar comprehensive accounting role. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP). • Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Stripe, and ADP. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. • Experience in creating dashboards and board presentations. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Certification, such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB,) or experience working toward a CPA designation. • QBO Certification • Bill.com Certification • Experience with Hubspot CRM.
