📋 Description

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in the community • Support appropriate referral development and territory growth through provider education and engagement • Report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with Territory Managers on territories and business initiatives • Plan and execute weekly customer targeting sequences • Educate PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and other providers treating or managing patients with OSA • Execute approved referral channel education and awareness initiatives • Support monthly community education programs and awareness events • Partner with Territory Managers on physician engagement and peer-to-peer educational programs • Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps • Support provider education and referral pathway development • Communicate weekly with aligned Territory Manager • Document customer engagements accurately in CRM • Create new physician profiles in CRM • Provide limited clinical coverage when assigned and after completing applicable training, competency, credentialing, and procedural requirements • Develop understanding of implant, patient pathways, and therapy delivery processes • Complete training requirements for therapy activation and implant procedures when directed • Conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting • Ability to travel within territory/region, including overnights, as needed • A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and/or reliable transportation • Ability to lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and perform routine physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation • Referral development or market development experience preferred • Territory support or account management experience preferred • Clinical experience supporting healthcare providers preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills preferred • Demonstrated presentation skills preferred • Business acumen preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools preferred • Demonstrated willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities preferred
