📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of innovative technical and analytical solutions to optimize and scale e-commerce products • Develop product roadmaps and key metrics for discounting features by analyzing business goals, market needs, and technical requirements • Analyze redemption rates, ROI, and other metrics to optimize performance • Plan and execute product research, usability studies, and functional experiments • Identify improvement areas, forecast results, and inform product direction • Design self-service tools and scalable integrations for business partners • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and marketing to launch promotional capabilities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field (or foreign equivalent) • 2 years of experience in the job offered or related • 2 years of product management experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end product delivery and negotiating tradeoffs • 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to identify new roadmap opportunities and software product improvements • 2 years of designing and developing large-scale software products in deeply technical domains • 2 years of experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure product performance • 2 years of experience executing and analyzing user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments • 2 years of experience using SQL or similar analytical tools to develop data-driven recommendations for product development • 2 years of experience working with APIs, microservices, and web application technologies
