📋 Description

• Own Retailer App as a platform and build a consumer-grade experience for retailers • Build intuitive navigation, personalized homepages, and end-to-end retailer workflows • Drive feature discovery, adoption, and upgrades for Storefront Pro capabilities • Build self-service tools for configuring and managing storefront capabilities • Establish reusable components, templates, UX patterns, and governance frameworks • Set vision and standards for a cohesive Retailer App experience • Build analytics experiences that explain commerce, content, and product performance • Deliver personalized, data-backed recommendations and connect insights to action through workflows, automation, and AI • Define multi-half product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes • Drive complex initiatives from ambiguity to launch and make product tradeoffs • Align Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other cross-functional teams • Engage enterprise retailers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and deliver scalable products

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including 2+ years building platform products • Exceptional product craft and UX judgment • Experience building scalable platforms, shared capabilities, and frameworks • Ability to independently set direction, navigate ambiguity, make high-quality decisions, and ship complex products at high velocity • Ability to influence teams without direct authority and align stakeholders with competing priorities • Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into differentiated, scalable solutions • Strong analytical and communication skills • Fluent in quantitative and qualitative decision-making • Ability to articulate strategies and build trust with senior leaders and enterprise customers
