• Ensure a smooth onboarding process by guiding customers through setup and optimal use of our products • Promote product adoption and customer satisfaction through proactive, value-focused customer care • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and work closely with Sales to realize them • Monitor key customer-health metrics and take proactive measures to minimize risk and prevent churn • Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to deliver fast and effective results • Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to demonstrate value, align goals, and strengthen partnerships • Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role • Strong communication and teamwork skills in German and English • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach • Practical experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • High level of ownership, reliability, and consistent execution • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
