• You primarily advise customers on how to use AI and automations to eliminate manual workflows and make their internal processes scalable. • You enable customers to translate business challenges into technically sophisticated, automated solutions within their ecosystem. • With your technical understanding and a "problem-solving-first" mentality, you build deep trust and show how the tool can exponentially accelerate customers' progress toward their goals. • You navigate customer organizations confidently to uncover opportunities for digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies. • You leverage usage data and insights to develop communication strategies that scalably promote technical maturity and the expansion of the customer relationship. • You run targeted workshops and training sessions. Your goal is for customers not only to use their new solutions but to love them and master them confidently.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Consulting. • Technical affinity: you understand how APIs work, how data flows between systems, and how to analyze integration logic. • Change management DNA: experience guiding organizations through software transitions or process optimizations (transformation management). • Executive presence: outstanding communication skills to establish technical credibility with both end users and C-level executives. • Analytical mindset: you enjoy using data to identify opportunities in your customer portfolio and plan the next "big win." • Adaptability: a positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technological environment. • Nice to have: experience in strategy consulting or business process mapping. • Language skills: you have very good German (C1) and good English (B2).
