📋 Description

• Assist with a vibrant and growing property casualty litigation practice • Manage cases in state and federal courts • Manage discovery • Take and defend depositions • Write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs • Learn about the business of practicing law • Build a strong litigation foundation while gaining insight into the business of practicing law • Receive direct mentorship from a senior attorney • Gain meaningful hands-on experience, professional development, and increasing responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of civil litigation experience, preferably property casualty • Experience managing cases in state and federal courts • Experience managing discovery • Experience taking and defending depositions • Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs • Must be admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina
