📋 Description

• Stay in direct contact with clients and provide excellent customer service • Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage • Market new and renewal business • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers • Perform initial policy reviews and prepare coverage breakdowns • Respond to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters • Assist in gathering renewal exposure information with the producer • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Southern California • 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience • Property & Casualty license is a bonus skill • Proficiency in AMS360 • Experience with mid- to large-sized accounts is preferred • In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
