📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments from discovery and technical scoping through system design, build, and production rollout. • Embed with customer engineering and business teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and drive adoption. • Support in delivering complex integrations across data platforms, APIs, and AI models. • Balance trade-offs across scope, speed, and quality, adjusting execution to protect delivery timelines and outcomes. • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. • Codify successful patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and frameworks to improve scalability. • Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Research teams based on real-world usage and model performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production (including LLM-based applications). • Strong understanding of how model behavior impacts product performance and user experience. • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including C-level stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. • Strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to manage risk across multiple deployments. • Combines engineering, consulting, and product thinking. • Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
