📋 Description

• Adhere to Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, security, quality, regulatory, and operating requirements • Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects according to department project management methodology • Ensure project deliverables and requirements are met • Develop, manage, and track project plans and completion activities • Lead project meetings and provide status reporting • Execute project communication plans • Proactively manage issues and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives • Ensure projects achieve expected benefits and business cases and are completed on time, on budget, and to defined success criteria • Define and implement a consistent, repeatable project management methodology • Establish project tollgates, deliverables, communication plans, issue and risk management, and escalation practices • Govern project tollgates for deliverables and readiness • Establish and maintain PMO processes and reporting for enterprise project execution • Define and implement Demand Management, Resource Planning, Project Manager Scorecards, and Project Returns processes as needed • Measure, communicate, and share IT project performance with business leaders and executive management • Define, measure, and track KPIs and metrics • Complete planning in alignment with business needs • Align annual project roadmaps with the business and update progress throughout the year • Manage PMO processes and tools to ensure consistent project management methodologies and reporting • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field of study required • Master’s Degree preferred • PMI Certification preferred • 7-10 years’ experience in information technology • 2-3 years involving direct supervision of IT associates or IT project management capacity • Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management required (e.g., PMI Certified) • Expert use of project management tools such as MS Project and MS Project Server • Knowledge of networking, applications, database, voice and data communications • Working understanding of ITSM frameworks • Working understanding of general business operations including sales, finance, operations, and purchasing • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project • Proficient management and leadership skills and competencies • Effective investment and financial management skills • Effective business consulting skills and ability to collaborate with and influence key business leaders • Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in business-understandable terms • Understanding of how technology affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes • In-depth knowledge of large-scale, global project implementations • Highly proficient oral and written communication and executive presentation abilities • Team building, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills • Knowledge of SDLC or ERP implementation methodologies • Ability to manage at both a broad and tactical level • Ability to manage key performance indicators and performance against agreed-upon service levels
