• Certify and test HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer sites • Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations using specialized tools • Communicate testing results clearly and professionally to customers • Accurately record and upload testing data and documentation • Work closely with lead technicians, dispatch, and management to support service schedules • Gain hands-on experience working alongside senior technicians while building skills to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments • Support safety, compliance, and customer confidence at every site
• High School diploma or GED required • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Ability to travel domestically up to 60% • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability • Comfort using computers and Windows-based software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
