🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about smart building solutions, green building, energy efficiency, and resilience • Friendly, positive, collaborative, and coachable with a customer-service focus • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities across active project schedules • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet evolving project timelines and team needs • Accountable and communicative, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse project stakeholders • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to represent the company and project team professionally • Currently maintains, or in-progress on maintaining, a credential of LEED GA, LEED AP, or ICC CALGreen Inspector • Architecture, engineering, or environmental studies degree (completed or in-progress) or equivalent combinations of technical training. • Familiarity with construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.
