• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships • Lead recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital marketing initiatives to attract top talent • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field • 3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training • Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred) • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe) • Professional demeanor and confidentiality
