📋 Description

• Lead and support a team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities • Advocate for clients and families • Coordinate care and ensure quality services • Help keep services running smoothly • Communicate with team members, clients, and families • Manage schedule changes and operational challenges

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of two years of full-time experience with IDD is required • Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field, and a minimum of two years of full-time experience working with the I/DD population • OR a bachelor’s degree in a non-related field and a minimum of four years full-time experience working with the I/DD population • Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably in the human services industry • Professional-level knowledge of federal and state assistance programs for the IDD population • Knowledge of case management principles, procedures, and practices • Working knowledge of the behavioral sciences and allied disciplines involved in the evaluation, care, and treatment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and co-occurring disorders • Strong communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure • Compassionate and team-focused
