📋 Description

• Oversee contract operations, supervise project staff, manage deliverables, and serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders. • Ensure project execution, quality control, compliance, reporting, and staff performance. • Manage project personnel, schedules, and contract performance. • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards. • Track deliverables, milestones, and project risks. • Prepare status reports and project documentation. • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and support continuous process improvement. • Oversee staffing, training, and performance management activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership title. • Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience managing professional staff. • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in title, real estate acquisition, land management, rights-of-way, easements, or related real property services. • Experience managing federal government contracts or in the alternative, a large real estate or acquisition project. • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred. • Experience supporting legal, real estate, land acquisition, or title services contracts. • Knowledge of federal contracting and FAR regulations.
