📋 Description

• Conduct regular on-site safety inspections and audits for client worksites • Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions • Develop and deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks • Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with OSHA standards • Support implementation of safety programs, policies, and procedures • Prepare written reports summarizing findings and recommendations • Collaborate with client management and field employees to promote a safety-first culture • Respond to incident investigations and help implement corrective action plans • Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices • Deliver consulting services to clients in a client-facing role

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in occupational safety, preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment • OSHA 30 certification (Construction) • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, safety management systems, and hazard recognition • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety reporting software • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (local or regional) • Ability to multitask • Strong oral and written communication skills • Remote role serving the southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana areas • 20% travel requirement outside the State of Ohio
