📋 Description

• Provide financial analysis and guidance to the finance and operations teams of the company • Analyze and interpret financial data, financial statements, and key performance indicators • Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and planning processes • Provide financial support for business decision-making by evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings initiatives • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools to provide visibility into business performance • Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy by maintaining financial data systems and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role • Strong operational accounting background in a fast-paced, complex environment • Ability to work independently and multi-task • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills • Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated courtesy and patience in customer relations • Must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills; with demonstrated experience of ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • High degree of dependability and reliability are essential • Clear and succinct communications skills, both orally and in writing • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Familiar with accounting principles under GAAP • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools • Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred, but not required • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus • Preferred SAP Experience
