📋 Description

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and planning processes. • Analyze and interpret financial data, financial statements, and key performance indicators. • Provide financial support for business decision-making by evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings initiatives. • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed. • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools to provide visibility into business performance. • Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy by maintaining financial data systems and controls. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role • Strong operational accounting background in a fast-paced, complex environment. • Ability to work independently and multi-task. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. • Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated courtesy and patience in customer relations. • Must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills; with demonstrated experience of ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • High degree of dependability and reliability are essential. • Clear and succinct communications skills, both orally and in writing. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Familiar with accounting principles under GAAP. • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools. • Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred, but not required - Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus. • Preferred SAP Experience
